The selection in The Level lounge was disappointing—with only soft drinks, beer, and wine on offer and snacking options limited to a few olives and crisps, it felt insufficient for what was promised. the lack of poolside bar service made enjoying the beautiful surroundings less convenient, as guests were confined to a self-serve area without the freedom to lounge by the pool. Overpriced drinks and a not-so-great buffet experience led to some unsavory stomach issues during my stay.

Had a beautiful experience chatting with Melissa and Jorge, they really made our time at the buffet and entertainment much more pleasant. The Level pool was a serene spot, just like a haven away from the chaos, perfect for relaxation.

It wasn't cheap, but considering the atmosphere, I'll call it justified.
